Sales Tax
All shipments made to California are subject to California Sales Tax.
Shipping
Shipping and Handling charges apply to all items ordered. For foreign orders we strongly recommend USPS Express Mail International, which is fast and can be insured and traced. For lower cost orders we can ship via USPS Priority Mail International at a lower cost, but the package cannot be traced. NOTE: We must declare the full merchandise value for customs purposes.
Backorders We hate backordering filters as much as you do. We are building our inventory and we do try to anticipate your needs, but sometimes we are caught short. If some of the items you order are out of stock, we will wait until all items are in stock and then ship your complete order in one shipment, saving you money on shipping charges. Alternatively we can make a partial shipment of in-stock items, and then make another shipment when the backordered items become availble, saving you time (but costing your more in shipping charges). Either way quantity discounts will still apply. We won't charge your credit card for any merchandise until it has been shipped.
Returns
Filters may be returned for exchange (or refund) for up to 30 days from receipt if they do not meet your expectations or needs. They must be in excellent condition, however. If you return a filter to us, please put it in a box with adequate padding (paper is fine; just use enough of it) and ship it to us Priority Mail. Padded envelopes, even with something wrapped around a filter, are not adequate -- pins bend and sometimes break, and then no one is happy about the experience. Special orders cannot be returned.
